Reading and book signing by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Marilynne Robinson as part of the 2012-2013 Religion & Literature Lecture, 2:30 pm Saturday, April 13, in the McKenna Hall Auditorium.

Marilynne Robinson is the author of three acclaimed novels: Housekeeping, winner of the PEN/Hemingway Award for First Fiction and the American Academy and Institute's Richard and Hinda Rosenthal Award; Gilead, winner of the National Book Critics Circle Award, the Ambassador Book Award, and the Pulitzer Prize; and Home, winner of the Orange Prize. Her nonfiction includes Mother Country: Britain, the Welfare State, and Nuclear Pollution (shortlisted for the National Book Award) and Absence of Mind. She teaches at the University of Iowa's acclaimed Writers' Workshop.
