Molly Lynch’s first novel, The Forbidden Territory of a Terrifying Woman will be published by Catapult in June 2023. She has recently published fiction in Granta, and creative nonfiction in The Point. Her stories have been featured in the top literary magazines in Canada, where she grew up, and where she has been a finalist for the National Magazine Awards. Molly lived and worked in Ireland and different parts of Europe before studying literature in Montreal. She also traveled extensively through the Middle East and moved to Baltimore where she earned an MFA from the Johns Hopkins Writing Seminars. She now teaches creative writing at the University of Michigan.
