The Office of the President welcomes novelist and essayist Marilynne Robinson to campus Wednesday, September 19, 2018, for the first lecture in this year's Notre Dame Forum. The forum’s theme is “The Catholic Artistic Heritage,” broadly conceived.

"Writing Faith: A Conversation with Marilynne Robinson" will be moderated by English Professor Susannah Monta. This event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6:00 pm.

Marilynne Robinson is winner of the Pulitzer Prize, the National Humanities Medal, the Library of Congress Prize for American Fiction, the Orange Prize, the Dayton Literary Peace Price and many other honors and awards.
