Thinking about declaring a concentration in Creative Writing? Not sure how to go about it? The English Department's Creative Writing Program is hosting an Open House on Thursday, October 25 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm in the Great Hall (O’Shaugnessy). To kick off the event, we will be hosting an early afternoon Reading Marathon Extravaganza. Readers will include MFA faculty and graduate students, honor's thesis students, and members of the broader writing community. This is a fantastic opportunity to talk to faculty about the creative writing concentration and get all your questions answered. You will also have a chance to browse faculty books (or get your copies signed!), meet fellow poets and fiction writers, and mingle with old friends. We will be offering food & drinks to warm our spirits and welcome the fall!
